Blurb:
Goodbye, Creekwood?
The pull to leave Creekwood and join my best friends continues to grow stronger with each day but the thread holding me here is tight, too…maybe tighter.
When my past finally collides with my present, revealing a blind spot I never knew I had, it only makes my choice that much harder.
I thought I could add to my perfectly calculated life without upsetting the outcome. I thought I could protect the people I love most.
I was wrong. So wrong.
And now, somebody’s gotta pay.
With everything I’ve ever cared about on the line—including her—I can’t afford to lose.

4-Star Review of Blind Spot by A. Marie
Marc has been my favorite character in the Creekwood series from the start and this book solidified my adoration for him. Quiet, brooding, a little mysterious, smokin' hot and incredibly loyal. What more could you want in a book boyfriend?
Blind Spot was a rollercoaster of emotions from start to finish! My heart bled for the heroine Bentlee. She was dealing with some extremely difficult trauma while trying to create a better life for her son. She was so strong and intense, trying her hardest to overcome her past and prove her worth to herself and others. At her core, she was a protective mother that put her son first in all of her decisions and actions. The love she had for her child shined through this entire read. I don't normally enjoy young children in romance stories but this one was a major exception.
Marcos proved over and over again that while he may be reserved and somewhat standoffish, he was fiercely loyal and deeply compassionate. He wore an armor to shield himself, and not many people got to see him take it off. While he desperately wanted Bentlee to SEE all of him, he kept a big secret to protect others. I couldn't understand why until the very last moment, when the chaos took place and all was revealed. And let me tell you, it was worth the wait! I also appreciated the way his "family" reacted to everything. It unfolded perfectly.
I loved how the author threw in elements of secrecy and kept you on your toes the entire read. I was left wondering and guessing up until the final chapters. This helped the story move quickly and I felt as though I couldn't read it fast enough. The main characters were amazing. The supporting characters (especially Beckett) were hilarious and supportive. The family dynamic for both Marc and Bentlee was fractured, creating a tense portrayal of what it's like to try to get out from under your family's shadow and not follow the life path you were born into. Blind Spot was a solid 4 star read for me. I'm a little sad to see the end of the Creekwood boys but I can't wait to see what other amazing stories this author comes up with in the future!
