Secretly hooking up with the team captain's sister was a bad idea.
In my defense, the first time I saw her I didn't know who she was.
Kind, gorgeous, a little naรฏve. Ginny brightened my world from day one.
I knew I was no good for her. She was just out of a relationship and I had a reputation for having a new girl in my bed every weekend.
I tried to do the right thing. Honest.
I'm the one who insisted we should be just friends.
That lasted about as long as you'd expect.
But Ginny? She's the best--best friend, best everything.
So yeah, hooking up with the team captain's sister wasn't a great idea.
Would I do it again?
In a heartbeat.

My rating: 4 of 5 stars
Oh Heath, you smug sexy beast you! Always bringing the sarcastic, over the top flirting and goofy jokes / jabs. Heath was truly the life of the party in this book! His energy resonated through the entire story, which kept things up beat and feisty from beginning to end!
Ginny had me saying “you go girl” more than once! She wasn’t going to let anyone look down at her as the ‘lil sis’ and made sure her older brother and all his friends/teammates knew it!
The friendship Ginny established with Reagan and Dakota had me laughing out loud on more than one occasion! They were the perfect trio, all vastly different personalities but meshed together so well! Those two swooped up the new girl and made sure she was accepted and had a place to retreat from her overbearing brother and his rowdy crew without question. I hope that both ladies get the spotlight in future Jenshak books! ❤️
I thought this entire book was witty, seductive, sassy and humorous. It was a relatively light, easy read. The hockey component of the story brought an element of competitiveness and a necessary secondary storyline for the characters. A thoroughly enjoyable read!
